Shoes & Evening Bags

We want you to love your shoes and bag. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work:

  • 14 days: Start your return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
  • Unworn and in the box: Items must be unworn (tried on indoors only), with no scuffs or marks, in the original shoe box or dust bag with all packaging.
  • Size or color exchanges: Free. You pay to send the item back, and we ship your exchange to you at no charge.
  • Refunds: Issued to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Final sale: Items marked sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • How to start: Text us at 781-229-7766 or email kate@amariprom.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll send you return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Dresses

  • All dress sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges on dresses.
  • We have no control and accept no responsibility for the size you select for your dress. Please check the size chart, and text us 24/7 at 781-229-7766 for sizing help before placing your order.
  • In-store dress purchases are final, as your dress is available for inspection before purchase.
  • Your dress is inspected before shipping. In the unlikely event you find damage, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can respond quickly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.

By listing your name, email or phone number on our registration cards, you agree to receive marketing from Amari Prom. We will never sell your personal information.

Shipping

Shipping within the U.S.

  • Free shipping on orders of $60 or more, including all shoes and dresses.
  • Orders under $60 ship for a flat $5.95.
  • Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. If your size needs to be ordered from the designer, we'll text or email you with the expected ship date.
  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

International shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only.
